Please read through our Terms & Conditions carefully, as they apply to every customer, transaction, account, and pre-order. We've attempted to keep this page as readable as possible for the ease of all of our customers.
General Policies
As a small business, our goal is to keep you satisfied. However, we reserve the right to cancel orders (especially custom requests) if the content requested is not legally appropriate.
If your package is lost or damaged, we will take full responsibility and grant you either a full refund or a replacement of any items lost.
If your package is late, we will contact you as soon as possible via Email to let you know of the delay.
Copyrights and Properties
All designs are handcrafted, although we do acknowledge that we have used logos belonging to multiple NHL teams. Please note that all logos rightfully belong to each franchise, and in no way are we responsible for the creation of each one.
Return and Refund Policy
All customers are entitled to a 30 day free return. Provide the original packaging, each item purchased, and the original receipt to be eligible for a full refund.
Refunds- both partial and full- are given only upon receival of the original items. If your items are returned damaged (not in the case of a customer receiving them that way), you will only be eligible for a partial refund.
Right to change and modify terms
We reserve the right to change and modify these terms and conditions at any time. Please come back to this page regularly to see if they have changed before purchasing any items. All purchases signify your acceptance of these conditions. If you do not agree with these terms, do not place any more orders or purchase any items.
Commercial Terms
Upon each purchase, you agree that you have thoroughly read each item listing before committing to such purchase. You are entering a legally binding contract that says you have committed to making your purchase.
The prices we currently have are listed clearly on each product. We reserve the right to change our prices at any time, and to correct any pricing errors made on the site that may have occurred. Additional information about prices and sales tax will be listed on the payment page.
Who can purchase/make an account with us
You must be of the legal age of 16 or above to be able to make a purchase, or to make an account with our website. You may not use our website if it is prohibited or against any law or jurisdiction applicable in your country.
