Thank you for shopping with Graphic Shark Designs! In the case that you aren't satisfied with your order, we are here to help. Please follow the steps below to see our policy and what we can do for you regarding returns.

Returns

All customers are entitled to a 30 Day free return upon receival of any in-store item. This qualifies for dissatisfaction and damages during shipping. Please provide the original packaging and receipt of purchase in your return.

Damages

If your items are damaged, please Email Us to confirm, as well as to let us know what happened. Please provide pictures in your email so we can see the damages.

All items that are damaged in the shipping process will require a return so that we can make the situation right. All customers are entitled to reimbursement for damaged goods; whether that be a full refund or replacement of each item damaged. In your email. please let us know which you would prefer.

If you qualify for reimbursement for a damaged item, we will send you replacements for all items that were damaged for free, including shipping costs.

Refund Policy

Refunds are only acceptable if your items are damaged, or if you decide to return your item within the 30 Day allotted time. All returned, undamaged items must be sent back in the same conditions they were delivered in to be given a full refund. Please note that we are a small business, and all refunds will take 2-3 business days to process.
